We at DressFinesse.com are here to help with anything you might need to make your shopping experience as positive as it can be. Custom designed dresses for each individual costumer is what makes us different from everyone else - as a result, we do not allow any returns, refunds, cancellations or exchanges.
Following the same policy in both our retail store and online store - we will not and cannot proceed with exchanges or refunds under any circumstances. Please be sure of the measurements, style, size, color, and any other specifications before submitting your order.
Returns
We will accept returns on new un-touched non-altered wedding gowns. We do not accept returns on special ordered plus size gowns or specialty ordered gowns such as hollow to hem gowns, special measurement gowns, in stock gowns, or discontinued gowns. We will accept returns on merchandise that is damaged or defective. We must receive a verbal phone confirmation that you would like to return the gown and you acquire a return authorization number from us. All returns must be within 4 days of when the shipment was delivered and dropped off by the carrier. All returned gowns will have a 50% restocking fee applied from the full purchase price of the gown. No manufacturer will take any gowns back from us - therefore we must apply this 50% restocking fee. In addition you will sustain any shipping fees, transaction fees and insurance fees applied for returning the wedding gown. Any Free promotional items are not returnable and will be charged full price. This amount will be deducted from the wedding gown refund. Store credit may be applied for wedding dresses in perfect conditions at no extra charge; with standing that exchanged product is the same price as the original previously bought.
Other Merchandise
We do not accept returns or exchanges on Bridesmaid Dresses, Prom dresses , Mother of the bride dresses , Special Occasion Dresses, Pageant Gowns,Quincenera dresses, Sweet 16, Debutante, Cocktail dresses,Flower Girl dresses, or any other dress and gown not Bridal Related. No returnsor nor exchanges on Bras, Veils, Headpieces, Lingerie, Gloves , Accessories, Invitations, nor Shoes, Separate pieces such as: Skirts, Jackets, Tops or Pants,
Refused Merchandise.
Any refused or non-deliverable merchandise will also incur a 50% restocking fee. Once you have obtained a return authorization from us you have 8 business days to get the merchandise back to us. All merchandise must be returned in perfect brand new condition. Merchandise that is not returned in the condition it was sent will not be returnable and you will be obligated to the full purchase price. All returned packages must have a return authorization number on them.
Cancellations
We cannot accept any cancellations. Make sure your wear date is beyond the time frame estimation. Most dresses are provided with a date of estimated delivery, if not, please allow up to 14 weeks for delivery. We will not be held responsible for mistakenly ordering a dress without consulting for estimated date or giving at least 14 weeks of delivery time. Adequate use of this information is very important and any misuse of our site is entirely your own responsibility.

Online payment may be placed through a secure online order form on our website. All information is handled with strict confidentiality to assure you protection and quality service. Immediate acknowledgement of your purchase will be sent to your e-mail as soon as purchase has been made. Payments take approximately 24 hours to process in our system. A confirmation of your order will be sent to your e-mail within 10 days. This order confirmation will confirm the style, color, size, vendor, quantity, and estimated time frame for shipping your order.

It is possible to make an order via fax by printing out the online order form or request a form to be faxed to you by contacting a Customer Service representative at 1-800-387-9958. Fax the filled out form, and an acknowledgment receipt of your order will be sent via e-mail. Payment will be processed and an order confirmation will be sent to your e-mail within ten business days.

Purchase Order Form
It is essential that the order form is completed in full. A Customer Service representative will contact the customer via e-mail if any information is absent. Please double check your order before submitting, to omit anything the order asks for will result in setbacks and could compromise arrival time.
The payment of your order is due in full at the time of purchase. We do not offer any installment or lay-away plans. DressFinesse.com accepts all major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. DressFinesse.com accepts PayPal payments.
All Fax Orders should be sent to the attention of our web site department. Relating style, size, color, specific length, dress pieces, or any other specifications of any order cannot be modified. We are not allowed to change or exchange any of our orders due to the nature of our gowns. Our vendors are will not make any changes or modifications in terms of specifications mentioned. Refunds of any portion of your payment we are also unable to accommodate. Prices should be reviewed on our web site before faxing in your order. We advise simulating a placement of order online so prices correspond to what you exactly expect. If prices are do not correspond to the correct price; a representative will contact you to confirm the correct price. Please make sure all your personal information is correct so you are aware of all costs charged. If we do receive a response within 24 hours, accurate costs will be charged anyhow.
Firstly, we respond you with an immediate e-mail of your order which acknowledges that your order and payment have been submitted. Keep in mind that all payments will take 24 hours to fully process into our system. Secondly, you will receive an order confirmation via e-mail within 10 business days after the order has processed into our system. You may very well receive the order confirmation e-mail in fewer days than stated, but never exceeding the 10 day period. This e-mail will state which vendor, style, size, color, quantity, and the estimated shipping time of your purchase.
Availability
Until orders are actually placed, it is impossible to verify availability. It changes by the minute due to the demand of certain styles at certain seasons. Employees will check and double check availability at several warehouses from vendors, calculate shipping, verify your Wear Date and all included factors to reassure your item(s) arrives on time. If item(s) is available, orders will be placed immediately without hesitation. If not, we will inform you and provide with optional proceedings. C
Delays
Provided that the time frame is an estimated calculation of when the manufactures will be shipping the items to our store, manufactures cannot guarantee delivery dates. Due to specific reasons from vendors, shipping dates are diffident and subject to change at any time. This is very difficult and unusual to happen. Habitually, most orders arrive before or on promised date. Occasionally, there might be delays in manufactures’ production. Thus, it is not common and very unlikely to happen.

Shipping charges are non-refundable. Transit times are estimated in business days within the continental US (48) only and are not guaranteed. Remote locations may have additional transit time and are not guaranteed. We do not charge any hidden fees or add-ons to your order - yet, we do reserve the right to add a minimal shipping charge for overweight or oversized items / remote locations and will confirm this with you if necessary prior to processing your card or accepting your order. Please note there will be a shipping and handling fee to cover the cost concerning the order of a single garment less than USD$199.99. The fee will be displayed during the online ordering procedures. Shipping within the continental U.S. is free when the total amount of a dress is USD$199.99 or over! All headpieces, jewelries, shoes, wedding accessories, or lingerie orders will have a shipping and handling fee if ordered separately from dress qualified for free shipping.
Delivered Order
Upon receipt of your order at our location, our Shipping Department will confirm the order is correct and organize its shipment to your specified shipping address promptly. Orders are shipped within the continental U.S. via UPS. Orders with rush delivery are shipped within the continental U.S. via UPS Air Next Day. A shipping confirmation will be emailed verifying an order has been shipped to the customer. Please allow for 7 - 10 business days for domestic delivery from our location.
Delivery
Special orders (garments which are ordered from vendors to store then shipped to costumer) normally take 10 to 14 weeks for delivery from the designer to our location but deliveries depend completely on the manufacturer's agenda. Manufacturers do not assure their delivery dates given that their production can vary. Ship dates are tentative and subject to change. Immediate delivery orders from the Immediate Delivery Dresses collections can normally take up to 4 - 6 weeks for delivery depending on availability. Please be aware the gowns from the Immediate Delivery Dresses collections are available on a first-come, first-serve policy and may not be available once an order is placed. All Christian and Jewish holidays as well as a specific vacation schedule are taken in consideration so costumers are asked to take this scheduling into consideration and allow plenty of lead-time for production and shipment of your order. DressFinesse.com utilizes a state of the art computer generated expediting system for all the orders we place Through G2S, all payments are securely processed with continuously updated protection. We have on-staff expeditors assigned to affect this process on a full-time schedule. Refund will be issued only if the product ordered is not available within the given time frame determined by vendors and if stock of the product is also not available. Refunds take approximately 30 days for processing.
Rush Orders from Designers
Most all of our designers offer a Rush service. Delivery for Rush orders take approximately 6 - 8 weeks from the designer to our location depending on the manufacturer's agenda. The fee for the Rush service depends on the designer and will be displayed while ordering and will be added to your total. Rush service is not available from all designers. If Rush Production is not available, orders will be taken place as Regular Production. Customers will be notified via e-mail prior to any further actions.
Best Time to Order
Please place your order as far in advance of your occasion as possible. Allow plenty of time for production and shipping. It also sets peace of mind and to accommodate time for any alterations if necessary. Please note designers periodically discontinue styles without prior notice. We do not provide alterations. We suggest contacting a professional seamstress/ tailor in your area qualified to alter bridal and formal gowns.
Further Charges
There are additional charges for certain order specifications. Each designer has their own set fee and they will vary from time to time. Designers may occasionally alter their fees without prior notice. Please review the information provided in Seamstress’ Advice.
Extra Size Charge: Mostly extra charges are applicable when placing an order for a dress size 18 and over. Total price will include extra charge.
Extra Length: Extra length is an option provided by most designers. The standard length for a dress is normally 58" from hollow to hem although this does vary between designers. The available amount of extra length does vary between designers. When measuring the length of the dress, please bear in mind to account for the heel height that you will be wearing. Total price will include extra charge.
Hollow-to-Hem: Hollow-to-hem is a specific length measurement used for bridal gowns only. It is a measurement taken from the depression at the base of the neck just above the collarbone to the hem. When taking this measurement, it is necessary to account for the fullness of an A-line or full-skirt gown by moving the tape forward away from the body, at the hem. The tape should be pulled out according to the fullness of the skirt. You will need to take the measurement with the exact heel height you will be wearing. If the bridal gown you are ordering requires this measurement, we strongly recommend it is taken by a professional seamstress / tailor.
We have make every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear at the Website. However, since the actual color you see will depend on your monitor, we can not guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be accurate.The available colors are displayed with our featured collections onsite. Colors can differ from how they are posted on the web site due to variations of computer monitors. Please be aware, vendors cannot precisely standardize dye lots. Colors you select can vary from the color you've seen as well as from one fabric to another. The variation is usually a shade or so off. We strongly suggest placing a bridesmaid orders at all at once with all of the dresses on the same order to avoid color variation. Any bridesmaid orders placed independently or added-on to an order may be from a different bolt of fabric and have a slight difference in color shade from the other order(s). Dresses from different styles, designs or dresses from different designers will vary in shades as well. It is important that you point out the color you desire to order as it is posted on the web site. Various dresses are available in two-tone combinations and with trims. The customer is fully responsible for the color that is ordered.
Selecting a Size
Each designer offers their unique size chart. It is extremely important that you follow the individual designer's chart to figure out your size. Almost every garment will need some type of adjustment. Measurements are taken to determine nearest size. We strongly advise reading our “How to Measure” section of our website to obtain best results. The customer holds entire responsibility for size ordered including special length. DressFinesse.com will not assume any responsibility for measurements.

Our Shipping Department verifies all orders are accurate before shipping to the customer.
